Job description
- Monitoring & Data Collection: Develop M&E frameworks, track project KPIs, and oversee data collection
- Evaluation & Reporting: Analyze project outcomes, prepare reports, and share insights to improve project performance
- Data Analysis: Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize project implementation
- Collaboration: Train teams on M&E tools, and work closely with project managers to integrate M&E into project activities
- Compliance: Ensure projects comply with donor and organizational standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders to meet M&E requirements and share findings
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 3-5 years in M&E, ideally in development or training projects
Skills: Proficiency in M&E tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI), strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders
Other: Familiarity with donor requirements (e.g., USAID, UN) and willingness to travel as needed
