Job description

Review the videos of the recorded training courses and provide the required modifications and alternatives as needed
Participate in technical proposal writing by following company policies
Develop training content using PowerPoint that will be used in both instructor and web-based learning platforms
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc
Create and develop engaging training content to ensure material is effective and to improve the current training library
Review and evaluate training materials and programs as part of our continuous improvement quality program
Working with subject matter experts and identifying the target audience’s training needs
Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree
At least 1-3 years of experience in the Educational field
Excellent Attention to detail, Organizational, and proofreading skills
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
