Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist in a specific sales campaign by providing support and technical knowledge to potential customers, answering inquiries about the services offered in the campaign, aiding in subscription processes, and providing advice and guidance regarding available offers and courses.
Communicating with all departments to identify the problem and follow up with its solution from start to finish and reporting to the business developments department.
Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and trends.
Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any potential concerns.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer concerns.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
Enhance customer satisfaction and attract more customers by delivering positive experiences and effective support throughout the advertising campaign period.
Qualifications
At Least 1:3 years in customer service or a related field is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Excellent English & Arabic Languages.
