- Ability to engage and motivate youth (ages 18-35).
- Experience with interactive training methods.

- Certification in entrepreneurship training, startup coaching, or business development (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking).
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Delivering entrepreneurship workshops or programs.
- Mentoring startups, SMEs, or student-led ventures.

- Business model development (e.g., Business Canvas).
- Market research and validation.
- Financial literacy (budgeting, pricing, funding options).
- Pitching and presentation skills.
