Job description

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to different training programs
Keeping up to date on all available training and informing customers of new Programs
Answering customers’ questions on EYouth Learning different programs and handling objections

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Excellent communication and Creative thinking skills
Ability to engage customers in conversations and good sales ability
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Sales experience in the education field is a plus
